Manufacturing Excellence Since Our Founding

What started as a small workshop has evolved into a full-scale manufacturing operation. We've maintained our commitment to craftsmanship while adopting modern production methods that allow us to take on projects of varying complexity and scale.

We're not interested in producing generic furniture. Every project that enters our facility receives the same level of attention, whether it's a single prototype or a commercial order for fifty identical units.

Our Facility

Production Floor

Our manufacturing space houses both CNC machinery and traditional woodworking equipment. This combination allows us to maintain efficiency on larger runs while preserving the ability to execute detailed hand work when precision demands it.

Material Storage

Climate-controlled timber storage with ongoing humidity monitoring. We maintain inventory of common species and work with suppliers for specialty materials when projects require them.

Finishing Room

Dedicated space for applying stains, oils, lacquers, and other protective finishes. Proper ventilation and temperature control ensure consistent results.

Quality Control

Each completed piece undergoes inspection before it leaves the facility. We check joinery integrity, finish quality, and dimensional accuracy against specifications.

How We Work

Manufacturing is a collaborative process. We work directly with clients, architects, and designers to translate concepts into physical furniture that meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Initial Consultation

We begin every project by understanding the specific requirements. This includes reviewing drawings, discussing material preferences, clarifying structural needs, and establishing realistic timelines.

Technical Development

Once the scope is clear, we develop detailed shop drawings and cutting lists. For complex pieces, we may build test joints or samples to verify that our approach will deliver the required result.

Production and Updates

During manufacturing, we maintain communication about progress and any adjustments that may be needed. Clients are welcome to visit the facility to see work in progress.

Delivery Coordination

We arrange delivery and can coordinate with installation teams when needed. For large commercial projects, we work with your schedule to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
